This week across Canada is Mental Health Awareness Week.  During the week students and staff members will be talking about the important of being healthy, not just in our bodies but in our brains. This means doing things to help ourselves and others feel better. Our focus this year is “Bounce Back … Again!” Bounce back means getting back on your feet after a tough time and being able to do the things that you like again. Consider some of these books as a means to prompt critical conversation about mental health.
